Verification Process
To
maintain the authenticity, trustworthiness, and exclusivity of the platform,
LPBH (Leuva Patel Business Hub Amreli) follows a structured and secure
verification process to ensure that only genuine members of the Leuva Patel
community can register and list their businesses.
During
the registration or business submission process, users are required to upload
valid proof of identity and community membership, such as a Leaving Certificate
(LC) or Birth Certificate. These documents must clearly indicate the user’s
identity and association with the Leuva Patel community. All uploaded documents
are securely stored within the system and are accessible only to authorized
personnel.
Once
the documents are submitted, a manual verification process is conducted by
authorized administrators. The admin carefully reviews the authenticity of the
documents, verifies the accuracy of the user’s submitted details, and checks
eligibility based on community criteria. This manual review ensures that only
legitimate and verified users are approved to be part of the platform.
After
verification, the admin decides whether to approve or reject the application.
If approved, the user’s business listing becomes visible within the
application. If rejected, the user may be denied access or may be asked to
resubmit valid or corrected documents. The admin reserves the right to request
additional information if necessary to complete the verification process.
All
verification documents, including LC or Birth Certificate, are treated as
highly confidential. These documents are never displayed publicly and are not
shared with other users or third parties under any circumstances. Access to
such sensitive information is strictly limited to authorized administrators for
verification purposes only.
To
ensure the protection of sensitive data, strong security measures are
implemented. Documents are stored in secure servers or databases with access
control mechanisms in place to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or
duplication. Additional safeguards, such as encryption and secure storage
practices, may also be applied to enhance data protection.
The
documents collected during verification are used strictly for confirming
identity and community membership. They are not used for marketing, profiling,
or any other unrelated purposes. In certain situations, such as discrepancies
in submitted data or updates to user information, the admin may request
re-verification to maintain the ongoing authenticity and reliability of the
platform.
Users
are responsible for providing accurate, genuine, and clear documents during the
verification process. Submission of false, misleading, or invalid information
may result in rejection of the application or suspension/removal from the
platform.
Verification
documents are retained only for as long as necessary to complete and maintain
the verification process. Users may request deletion of their documents after
verification, subject to administrative approval and applicable requirements.
LPBH
(Leuva Patel Business Hub Amreli) is fully committed to protecting user privacy
and ensuring that all verification processes are conducted in a secure, transparent,
and fair manner.

stored and can only be accessed by authorized administrators. These documents
are used exclusively for verifying the authenticity of users and ensuring that
they belong to the Leuva Patel community. Under no circumstances are these
documents shared, published, or disclosed to other users or external parties.

maintenance. We implement strict access control measures to prevent
unauthorized handling of user information.

may disclose user information only when required to do so by law, regulation,
or legal process, such as complying with court orders or government requests.
Additionally, disclosure may occur when necessary to protect our legal rights,
ensure the safety of users, prevent fraud, or address security-related issues
within the application.
In
some cases, we may use trusted third-party service providers, such as hosting
services or analytics tools, to support the operation of the application. In
such instances, only the minimum necessary data is shared, and these service
providers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and are not permitted
to use your data for any purpose other than supporting our services.
User

technologies, ensuring that passwords are never saved in plain text and cannot
be easily accessed or decoded.
In
addition, all data transmitted between the mobile application and our servers
is protected using secure communication protocols such as HTTPS and SSL
encryption. This helps prevent interception or unauthorized access during data
transmission. Our application data is hosted on secure server infrastructure
that includes firewall protection, controlled access environments, and regular
security updates to minimize vulnerabilities and risks.
We
also enforce strict role-based access control, meaning that only authorized
administrators have limited access to sensitive information, strictly for the
purpose of verification and approval. Sensitive documents such as LC or Birth
Certificates uploaded by users are stored securely and are not publicly
accessible. These documents are used only for verification of community
membership and are handled with enhanced protection measures.
To
further ensure safety, we implement mechanisms to detect and prevent
unauthorized access, suspicious activities, and potential security threats. Our
systems are regularly monitored, and timely updates and security patches are
applied to maintain a high level of protection. We also follow the principle of
data minimization, collecting only the necessary information required for the
proper functioning of the application, thereby reducing potential risk
exposure.
Additionally,
we maintain periodic data backups to ensure recovery in case of unexpected
technical failures or system issues. Despite all these measures, it is
important to understand that no method of data transmission over the internet
or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
However, we continuously improve our security practices to enhance protection
and minimize risks.
Users
are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login
credentials. We advise users not to share their passwords and to immediately
report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to their accounts.
